How do I arrange an appointment?

When are the opening times for appointments? 
Monday - Friday between 9am - 8pm 
Saturday between 10am - 2pm

How much does it cost? 
I offer a free consultation over the phone and then each session is £50. My sessions are tailored to your needs and prices can vary depending on the treatment. Please call to discuss your needs and I can offer a more accurate quote and to discuss payment methods.

How long does it last? 
Regular sessions are a minimum of 50 minutes long. If you feel like you need a longer session, it can be arranged. The number of sessions will depend on your needs as an individual. 

Where do the appointments take place? 
My office address is 8 Sandyford Place Glasgow G3 7NB. If wheelchair access is required, please just let me know. My office space is quiet and relaxing. Other locations can be discussed if required.

Is the person I'm seeing qualified? 
Yes, Carole Forde has a Post-Graduate Diploma in CBT Counselling.

Should I see a psychiatrist, psychologist, psychotherapist or another therapist? 
 Please call us for a consultation so that I can be sure if CBT is suitable for you.

How soon can I get an appointment?
I always aim to offer you a phone consultation within 48 hours, a further appointment and availability will be discussed on the call.
